Default $870/week and 19 months use NSW Fair Trading rental bond data for postcodes 2064 and 2067–2070. The duration is based on the observed 569-day median completed bond. Bond duration may not equal occupancy duration and is not a prediction for an individual property; change the inputs to match your own numbers.
The saving is the difference between the agency management percentage you enter and GetRenting’s 1% platform fee, applied to the weekly rent, property count and period selected. If those figures match your current agreement, that recurring-fee difference is what you save. Optional services and normal owner costs are separate.
